TRE® in the workplace

If you’re looking for your staff to feel more resilient, robust, relaxed and motivated then I bring experience in stress relief management but in particularly through a practice called TRE®

It is so important to pay attention to the signs of stress in your workplace as we see how it can create long term affects to productivity but also to mental health issues within your staff. This can lead to varying behaviours including irritability, frustration, lack of focus and lower tolerance which then can lead to burnout and dissatisfied employers and in turn clients.

If you are looking for a cost-effective way to improve the well-being of your staff, I am her to provide a safe environment at your workplace to show your staff the beneficial effects of TRE® including stress reduction and better workplace relationships. They will learn a life changing stress relief tool that helps discharge excess stress allowing our body to move out of excess activation and return to balance after stressful events.

These sessions can solely be TRE® or can also include other stress management including breathwork and some mindfulness work.  TRE® is run like a yoga class and can fit into a 60-90 minute time frame, so can be done at lunch breaks if needed.

I wanted to put pen to paper and say how incredible it has been doing TRE with you Emma. It has been a few months since I started taking lessons from you and I feel so much better. The stress and tension in my back and lower body are so much better. Especially my right knee, which has been bothering me for a while now.
